Concast are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which enable the production of high quality products. Our precast components are manufactured on automated steel beds, battery moulds, tilting moulds and specialised moulds with inbuilt vibration and curing systems.

Modern batching plants are programmed to produce a controlled concrete mix.

Concast are also pre-stressing specialists and have beds/ moulds capable of producing:

• Bridge beams – Spans up to 45m
• C4 beams – Spans up to 36m
• Hollowcore – Spans up to 16.5m (@ 400mm depth)
• Wideslab – Spans up to 8m (@ 150mm depth)

Concast's wide range of products allow us to cater for almost any construction requirement, and allow great flexibility in design.
