Precast concrete is ideally suited to the construction of modern office accommodation. Both open plan and irregular shaped office floor-plates can be easily constructed using a Beam and Column arrangement. Concast Beams can facilitate long span Hollowcore Floor units of up to 16m, enabling open plan design. Stair cores are created through the use of structural Wall Panels along with Stair and Landing units. Concast's Cladding Panels can also be used to complete the exterior in a variety of high quality finishes. The inclusion of transfer Beams, transfer Wideslab and spanning Wall Panels, allow for a wide variety of potential design solutions.
