The Parkwest development is located just off the M50. This was a large collection of office blocks (over 20 in total), which were a beam and column frame, completed by Concast. The Client required a large open plan area, for these office blocks, and Concast's long span Hollowcore units delivered this.

Concast's circular columns were also used in these blocks, due to their appearance and quality finish. Stair cores were completed using precast wall panels, with stair and landing units.

Block 19 of this construction site was the tallest of all the buildings, at 8 stroeys high.
