Nutgrove Retail Park was an unusual combination of structures, due to the requirements of the retailers. This is a collection of larger stores such as Aldi, Harvey Norman along with a fitness and garden centre.
To achieve the large open plan areas that these retailers required, Concast used a beam and column frame. For longer spans, the C4 beam was used. This can span up to 36m, and grid jumper beams were used to reduce the requirement for columns, which would reduce the floor area of the structure.
Scope of Work: All Wall Panels, Beams, Columns, C4 Beams, Stairs, Landings, Hollowcore and Wideslab
