The New Bancroft site in Tallaght is a mixed development site, with residential and retail areas, in the heart of Tallaght. This is a stylist new development by Park Developments, with O'Mahony Pike Architects and DBFL Consulting Engineers.

Block D was an apartment block, which incorporated curved internal and external wall panels. These panels were cast in Concast's adjustable moulds to a high degree of accuracy.

Block C was the most difficult of these four structures, as it incorporated shopping, offices and residential areas. This involved the use of a transfer structure at first floor to change the use of the structure.

Blocks B and A are a six and eight storey structure respectively, and are again mixed use developments.

Scope of work: All internal walls/ floors/ stairs/ landings, external cladding panels and external balconies.

Total floor area = 55,000 sq. m.
