Park Development’s stylish Mount Saint Anne’s apartments in Milltown, has been the focus of much attention since its construction. Conacst built all the internal structure of Mount St. Anne's at Milltown, which has become one of the most talked of developments in Dublin. The curved layout of the buildings, and large open areas in the internal structure, have created the luxurious and attractive feel to the apartments.
Incorporating one and two bedroom units, in four and six storey blocks, the structural frame is constructed in precast concrete by the Concast Precast Group. The project is considered a model for future developments in terms of its overall efficiency and the quality of the end product. Designed by O’Mahony Pike Architects, each apartment block has a gently curved façade with curved balconies, giving the precast construction an elegant free flowing appearance.
Scope of work: All internal walls/ floors/ stairs/ landings and external balconies.
Total floor area = 70,000 sq. m.
