The Grange is a prestigious new apartment development located on an 11.3 acre site between Stillorgan, Foxrock and Blackrock on Dublin’s Southside. Aimed at the high income end of the market, the 700 unit development offers a contemporary living style with penthouse views over Dublin Bay. Some of the attractions to prospective buyers are a twenty-four hour concierge service, landscaped grounds and a mature woodland setting. To reflect the harmonious nature of the development, the apartment blocks are named after semi-precious stones such as Quartz, Coral, Amber and Abalone. The apartments are constructed of high quality Precast concrete by Concast.

Concast designed, produced and installed all wall panels, balcony units, floor slabs, stair and landing units for the nine blocks currently completed on site, including block G, which is nine storeys tall.

Total floor area = 60,000 sq. m.
