Winner of the RIAI Irish Architecture Award 2004 and the Concrete Design Awards (Irish Concrete Society) 2003 / Winner / Elemental Category prizes, this innovative structure was designed, produced and installed by Concast.

A development of 450 social affordable residential units comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments and houses in two to four storey terraces with a separate purpose-designed creche building.

This was a Public Private Partnership project won in open competition by Park Developments/Sisk consortium in which DBFL played a significant part. An innovative prefabricated concrete structural system was designed for this project which resulted in a very accelerated programme.
