This challenging development in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, contained three office blocks with a multi storey car park and large podium level attached.

The three office blocks were sloping in appearance, which lead to a number of difficult design issues. The main structure of these blocks was beam and column, with wall panels and stair units making up the stair cores. 

The car park incorporated out standard design of multi storey columns, with spandrels spanning between them. 400 deep hollowcore units was used to give long spans, of over 16m, to allow for parking and movement of cars in these areas.

Scope of Work: All Wall panels, beams, columns, retaining walls, spandrels, hollowcore and wideslab.
